With a distinguished career spanning journalism, consulting, and international business development, Masaki brings a wealth of experience in scaling and adapting Japanese businesses across Asia. As a former bureau chief of a leading business news wire, he provided in-depth market insights before transitioning into consulting, where he successfully expanded and refined Japanese ventures in fashion, beauty, entertainment, and education across Hong Kong, Macau, Guangdong, Singapore, and Malaysia. His expertise in Southeast Asian education is further reinforced by his role as a researcher for an MOE-affiliated organisation and as a business advisor for JETRO Kuala Lumpur.

Shun is a Japanese entrepreneur committed to significantly impacting child development, driven by his experience overcoming dyslexia. Shun's background as a Creative Director at McCann Erickson, where he earned numerous awards and served as a jury member, further underscores his blend of artistic and digital acumen in addressing complex social challenges. As a recognised creative leader, he has received accolades from prestigious platforms such as iF Design Award, the New York Festivals, Spikes Asia, and ADFEST Asia. In addition, his achievements have been acknowledged by the Clio Health Innovators and his selection for The Rockefeller Foundation's Asia 21 Next Generation Fellowship.
